I ordered 5 Brooklyn Lanterns for Christmas gifts; 4 were fine, but the fifth one does not work. I called the service number fully expecting that I would be asked to return the defective one and get a replacement.

Instead I was told I could get a replacement for the cost of a new one plus shipping.

I guess that means they are not guaranteed to work. Furthermore, buying a new one does not guarantee that it will work, and, if it doesn't, I am back where I started.I will probably not order any items advertised on t.v.

Monetary Loss: $18.
